    • The first object of the present invention is to provide a small-sized coin receiving and disbursing apparatus.       A coin receiving and disbursing apparatus which includes an alignment device (130) that aligns coins inserted through a coin receiving port in line; a received money conveying path (132) for coins aligned in line by the alignment device; a received money conveying device (124) that makes the aligned coins travel the received money conveying path; a sorting part (244, 270) sorting the coins conveyed by the conveyance device by denomination; a plurality of hoppers (562, 564, 566, 570, 572, 574, 576, 578) arranged in two arrays for reserving the coins sorted by the sorting part by denomination in bulk condition, and flicking out them one by one; a disbursing money conveying device (128) disposed between the two arrays of hoppers; and a money discharging port (110) for flicked coins conveyed by the disbursing money conveying device, wherein the disbursing money conveying device is provided parallel with the hopper; and the hoppers flick out a coin upward toward the disbursing money conveying device.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide a coin tray of a coin payment apparatus, wherein the coin tray mounted with a coin sensor is attachable/detachable to/from a body of the coin payment apparatus, and the coin sensor is not damaged even when live-line insertion/removal is carried out.
      [Solving Means]
      When a coin tray mounted with a coin sensor is mounted on a body in a state in which an outside frame of a coin payment apparatus is detached and a state sensor is not connected, first, a coin-sensor connecter is connected, a tray mounted sensor then becomes a connected state, the state sensor then becomes a connected state when the outside frame is mounted, and the coin payment apparatus becomes operable. When the coin tray is to be detached, reversely, the outside frame is detached to cause the state sensor to be in a non-connected state, and, then, the coin tray is pulled. As a result, first, the tray mounted sensor becomes a non-connected state, and the coin-sensor connecter then becomes a non-connected state. Therefore, live-line insertion/removal is prevented.

An un-tooth-side holder positioned on an un-tooth side prevents rotation with respect to the toothed belt. A connecter connecting the tooth-side holder and the un-tooth-side holder together and a hook at the tip of the un-tooth-side holder prevent a movement with respect to a belt end edge to keep a fixed state.
