    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cleaning time and to prevent a failure in cleaning. SOLUTION: An ink device 3 is formed of the ink roller such as form rollers 12 which freely detachably come into contact with a plate cylinder 2, swining rollers 11 and a milling roller 15. The form rollers 12 are separated from the plate cylinder 2 and rotated. Cleaning liquid 26 poured to rollers 15, 16 through a spray pipe 25 is transferred to clean the respective rollers of the ink device 3. Waste liquid of ink is collected in a cleaning liquid tank 20 by a blade 21 which is freely touched and separated to/from the circumferential face of the swinging roll 11 by actuation of an air cylinder 24. A first brightness detection sensor 28 for detecting brightness of the milling roller 15 on the upstream side and a second brightness detection sensor 29 for detecting brightness of the swining roller 11 on the downstream side are provided. When the detection value of both brightness detection sensors 28, 29 reaches the setting value, the air cylinder 24 is actuated and the blade 21 is separated from the swining roller 11 and cleaning work is finished.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor laser control device which is easily integrated, lessened in power consumption, and enhanced in drive speed by a method, wherein a single bipolar transistor chip is made to comprise an integrated circuit composed of a pulse width modulation-intensity modulation signal generating section, an error- amplifying section, and a current drive section, and the current drive section is provided in a negative feedback loop. SOLUTION: A pulse width modulation-intensity modulation signal generating section 22 generates light emission command signals, an error amplification section 23 constitutes an optical-electrical negative feedback loop 3 together with a photodetector 2 to control the current of a semiconductor laser 1, so as to make the detected signals of the photodetector 2 equal to light emission command signals. Moreover, a current drive section 24 outputs a drive current, which is generated by the sum of or a difference between the control current of the optical-electrical negative feedback loop 3 and the operating current of the drive section 24, as a forward current to the semiconductor laser 1. An integrated circuit 20 contained in a single bipolar transistor chip is composed of the pulse width modulation-intensity modulation signal generating section 11, the error amplification section 23, and the current drive section 24, and the current drive section 24 is provided inside the optical-electrical negative feedback loop 3.
