    • PURPOSE:To distribute gas uniformly to respective cells, and improve stack characteristics by arranging a gas discharge or gas supply conductor in one side of an internal manifold on the supply side or the discharge side of anode gas and cathode gas. CONSTITUTION:Gas supplied to the upper part of a mainfold 9 by means of an external motive power flowers abundantly into lower cells with the force. However, since a ceramics gas conduit 11 whose cross sectional area becomes wide as its position proceeds downward is opened in the upper part of the mainfold 9 with a proper area, a half of the gas flowers outside of the conduit 11, and the other half flows into the conduit 11. The former flows uniformly into cathode gas passages 7 in upper five fuel cells. The latter gas also flows uniformly into the cathode gas passages in lower five fuel cells. This is the same with the supply side of anode gas. In order to exhibit these operations and functions properly, the ratio of an inlet port part diameter of the conduit 11 and a manifold diameter and so on are determined by taking into consideration a property of the gas and a supply pressure at an operation temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and surely recover the components separated by a centrifugal sepn. and to obviate the failure of the bag at the time of the centrifugal sepn. operation by butting a tube into a bag body from the end on the body fluid introducing part side of the bag body and extending its front end to the end on the side opposite from the body fluid introducing part. CONSTITUTION:The body fluid 1A has the bag body 2, a tube 6 and tube 9 for introducing the body fluid fixed to a sealing part 3 in such a manner as to communicate with a body fluid housing part 4 and a connector 7 mounted to the front end of the tube 6 for introducing the body fluid. The connector 11 mounted to the base end of the tube 9 is connectable to a suction means which sucks and discharges the body fluid in the bag. The tube 9 enters the inside of the bag body from the top end of the bag body 2 and its end 91 is extended to the bottom 2B of the bag body 2. The failure of the bag at the time of the centrifugal sepn. is prevented in this way and the components in the bag are surely and easily discharged by the simple operation.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a higher separation accuracy by performing an operation of separating a liquid with internal walls of a liquid housing section put tight together beforehand so that a path is formed to be narrower toward a liquid transfer port to prevent the mixing of different liquid components. CONSTITUTION:A base 3 made of metal or the like is provided on a bottom of a liquid separator 1 and a holding plate 5 made of metal likewise while extending vertically is provided at the end of the base 3 to hold a flexible container. The holding plate 5 may be inclined as well as extend vertically. A pressure 15 is so arranged at an upper part of the holding plate 5 to press the flexible container held as mentioned above on the side of a liquid transfer port thereof, which can cause internal walls of a liquid housing section to be out together tightly except for the above liquid transfer port of the flexible container so that a path is formed so as to be narrower toward the liquid transfer port. In this manner, as the path is limited, liquid components on the side of the liquid transfer port can be discharged smoothly without happening to enter into a liquid discharge port or the like other than the liquid transfer port within the flexible container or retaining there.
