摘要： PURPOSE:To provide enough durability without using an expensive heat insulating material, by a method wherein a hot water boiler is divided into an air-fuel mixture chamber and a combustion chamber, and a nozzle body is mounted integrally with a housing provided with a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A hot water boiler is divided into a first housing 2, wherein a heat exchanger 1 is situated to its interior forming a combustion chamber 10, and a second housing 3, wherein its interior forms an air-fuel mixture chamber 30 of combustion gas and air for combustion. A nozzle body 4, adapted to change air-fuel mixture for a combustion flame, is mounted integrally to the first housing 2. A portion making contact with flame is only the wall of the first housing 2, and heat transmitted from flame to the wall is smoothly absorbed by a heat exchanger 1. Thereby, the wall of the first housing 2 is prevented from being heated to a high temperature so much, and since the second housing 3 is prevented from making contact with flame, it is always kept at a low temperature. This constitution enables provision of enough durability in terms of a practical use without using an expensive heat insulating material, e.g., stainless steel.
