    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient original cooling efficiency utilizing water spray nozzles or the like, by increasing the heat exchange area of a heat exchanger to improve heat exchange efficiency and energy saving performance from the standpoint of constructing a free cooling function and by solving the problems that a hybrid chiller is enlarged.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 3 in a second cooling system M2 is constructed by the combination of four heat exchange board part 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d. The heat exchange board part 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d are arranged in an X shape by bringing one sides thereof close to one another. In four spaces Sab, Sbc, Scd and Sda formed by the four heat exchange board parts 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d, optional two spaces Sab and Scd in opposing positional relationship are made to be communicated with the air inlet 6 of a casing 5, and the other two spaces Sbc and Sda are made to be communicated with the air outlet 7 of the casing 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the breakage of a boundary layer between water and hot water in a hot water storage tank caused by a flow of water or hot water introduced into the hot water storage tank.SOLUTION: The hot water storage tank includes: a tank body 11 configured to be able to store water Wc and hot water Wh in a storage space A; a water feed port 15 for introducing water Wc and a water intake port 16 for taking water Wc in the storage space A and supplying the water to a heating device disposed at a lower side of the tank body 11; and a hot water feed port 17 for introducing hot water Wh and a hot water discharge port 18 for discharging hot water Wh in the storage space A disposed at an upper side of the tank body 11; and a partition plate 12a which comprises a plate having a plurality of holes formed therein where the water Wc and the hot water Wh can pass is fixed in the tank body 11 at a lower side in the storage space A, and partitions the storage space A into a storage space A1 close to the water feed port 15 and the water intake port 16, and storage spaces A2 to A5 close to the hot water feed port 17 and the hot water discharge port 18.
