    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water generator which can prevent the occurrence of a crack and a warp of an electrode by heat deformation during the formation of a diamond film and can prevent a crack of the electrode during pressure welding.SOLUTION: An ozone water generator 100 includes a first housing 1, a second housing 2, and a catalyst electrode 3. Storage chambers 141 and 241 are provided between the first housing 1 and the second housing 2. The first housing 1 is provided with a feeding passage 5 for a positive electrode and a discharge passage 6 for a positive electrode, which communicate with the storage chamber 141. The second housing 2 is provided with a feeding passage 7 for a negative electrode and a discharge passage 8 for a negative electrode, which communicate with the storage chamber 241. The positive electrode 32 is a substrate 321 in which a plurality of through-holes 323 communicating with a cation exchange membrane 31 are formed, and a diamond film is formed on the surface on the first housing side of the substrate 321. Further, a packing material 14 is provided on the periphery of the positive electrode 32 so as to surround the periphery.
