摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely open/close a delivery valve and an open air inlet valve in an applying container having the delivery valve elastically closed in an upper part of a delivery path hanging from an outlet hole opened on part of an applying surface to the bottom of a container body, and having the open air inlet valve for preventing a negative pressure to the decrease in a liquid in the container body.
