    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate holder for a vehicle hose, which is prevented from being assembled to a fixing member while a hose is twisted, since the direction of fitting of the intermediate holder into the fixing member is restricted.SOLUTION: The intermediate holder for a vehicle hose is attached to the intermediate part of a hose and fixes the intermediate part to the fixing member. The intermediate holder for a vehicle hose is made of an elastic material and includes a hose holding part for holding the hose, and a member fitting part fitted into the fixing member. The member fitting part includes a member fitting groove on its outer circumferential surface. The member fitting groove is formed into a round bottom flask shape by folding both ends roughly 180°. A portion between both ends of the member fitting groove is used as a fitting direction instruction part. A projection part which projects more than the outer surface of the member fitting part is formed between both ends of the fitting groove, and the projection part may be used as a fitting direction instruction part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose for fluid which has excellent texture with gloss on the outer surface, and is almost free from stain deposits and from which the stain deposit is easily wiped off. SOLUTION: In this hose for fluid, an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPO) composed of a polypropylene (PP) and an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), is used for an inner layer as an inside layer. Further, a reinforcing layer is formed by braiding or wrapping on the outer peripheral surface of the inner layer, and an outer layer of the olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPO) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing layer. In addition, a protecting layer of a modified polyolefin into which a polar group is introduced, is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer layer by graft reaction. The protecting layer preferably has 40 to 60 Shore D hardness and 0.05 mm or more thickness. Besides, it is possible to use the hose for fluid as a twin-hose pipe or a multi-hose pipe which is structured of not less than two pieces of the hose joined together in parallel.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive method for manufacturing an eye joint ferrule that can be firmly assembled. SOLUTION: A sleeve body 20 is formed such that a hole 45 with a stepped part 49 on the inner face and a spherical part 48 are formed by cold-forging a bar-like material 40 in the axial direction, and also, a neck part 22 is formed by caulking or rolling a part adjacent to the spherical part. Next, the spherical part is formed into a disc-like part by pressing, and then, formed into an annular part 23 by boring. After that, a flange-like joining part of a separately-molded nipple body is fixed integrally with a nipple abutting face 25 of the sleeve body 20 by abutting it against the nipple abutting face 25. The nipple and the flange-like joining part are formed by cold-forging the bar-like material in the axial direction in the nipple body. Then, a protrusion is protruded at the end edge part of the flange-like joining part by pressing. During blending the rubber composition forming the inner layer, the rubber composition is preferably used which does not contain wax. Preferably, the inner layer has a thickness of 1.0 mm or more.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid hose using an elastomer containing no halogen-containing compound, particularly free from odor transfer to water and colored water (black water) and superior in lighter weight, flexibility, heat resistance, durability and fitting assembling efficiency.
      SOLUTION: The liquid hose comprises an inner layer 1 as an inside layer using an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (TPO) consisting of polypropylene (PP) and an ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), a reinforcing layer provided on the outer peripheral face of the inner layer 1 in a braided or wound manner, and an outer layer 3 as an outside layer using a dynamic cross-linked olefinic thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) that a completely or partially cross-linked ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) of 5μm or shorter is dispersed into a polypropylene (PP) matrix (continuous layer). The inner layer and the outer layer are directly fused together via the reinforcing layer. The reinforcing layer preferably has a braiding or winding angle of 45-60°.
