    • PURPOSE:To attain the stable servo control with no deterioration of the vibrating characteristic despite the change of the mass or the rigidity by varying the gain of a servo control system so as to evade the vibrations caused by the change of the mass or the rigidity. CONSTITUTION:The controlled variable (position) (y) of a structure is fed back and the control deviation (e) is operated to the target value (u). At a multiplication part 20, the deviation (e) is multiplied by a prescribed proportion gain Kp. At the same time, the variable (y) is differentiated into a velocity (y) by a differentiator 23 and the velocity (y) is multiplied by a prescribed proportion gain Kv at the part 22. The deviation (x) between both parts 20 and 22 is applied to a control subject 21 as a manipulated variable and controlled by a prescribed transmission function Gr. The dynamic characteristics K and M of a structure are detected out of the subject 21 by a prescribed dynamic characteristic detector provided to the structure. Then the gains Kp and Kv are variably set at the parts 20 and 22 so that the prescribed vibration control characteristic is always obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To always maintain a good damping effect even if the characteristics frequency of a damping object or on exciting frequency is changed in a certain range, by adjusting the lever ratio of a pendulum to the antiresonance point of the damping object to the exciting frequency. CONSTITUTION:If the lever ratio of a pendulum 2 is changed by a variable mechanism, the frequency at the antiresonance point of a damping object 1 is changed. Though the phases of the damping object 1 and a supporting structure 3 are changed at a resonance point and the antiresonance point, the damping object 1 and the supporting structure 3 have natural characteristics that they have 90 deg. phase difference at the antiresonance point. Consequently, the phase difference between the damping object 1 and the supporting structure 3 is detected and the variable mechanism is operated by a control means to adjust the level ratio of the pendulum 2 so that said phase difference is 90 deg., thereby always obtaining a good damping effect even in case of the variation of the characteristic frequency of the damping object 1 or the exciting frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress any mode of vibration by fixing optimally designed dynamic vibration absorbers respectively to the optimal installing positions for causing no linking with other vibration mode with single freedom system unit being separated for each vibration mode. CONSTITUTION:By utilizing the fact that a N-freedom system can be handled as a collection of N single freedom systems in a mode coordinates, mode analysis of a structure is executed to determine the optimal installing positions of dynamic vibration absorbers and equivalent masses at said positions, then the optimal design of the dynamic vibration absorbers installed with single freedom system unit is executed based upon said design data thus performing the vibration suppressing design of the entire vibration system. When the maximum amplitude of vibration mode appears at many points, dynamic vibration absorbers are installed at or near the nodes of the adjoining vibration mode. With such arrangement, addition of dynamic vibration absorbers causes no influence onto the vibration mode nor the linking with the adjoining mode.

    • PURPOSE:To cope with variation in natural frequency of a vibrating system by installing the base end of a pendulum the supporting point of which is movingly adjustable, to said vibrating system while providing a weight and a damper on its free end. CONSTITUTION:A pendulum 4 is vibratively suspended from the upper part of a main vibrating system 1 provided on a base 2, via a bearing 3. A weight 5 is installed on the bottom end of the pendulum 4 and a damper 6 is connected to the weight 5 to damp on its vibration. A supporting structure 7 for supporting the pendulum 4 halfway of the length is provided on the base 2. And an adjusting mechanism 8 for vertically movingly adjusting a supporting point for supporting the pendulum 4 is provided on the upper part of the supporting structure 7. A supporting part 10a for supporting a rod 9 is provided on the inner periphery of the adjusting mechanism 8 and by rotating a slider 10 having thread on its outer periphery by means of a motor 12 via a gear 11, the supporting part 10a can be vertically moved.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance a vibro-absorbing effect in a means for preventing one- directional vibration which is created at a lever or so (inertia part) of a hand vibrating machine such as a hand breaker or so, by projecting a cantilever type spring from the inertia part at a right angle with the direction of the vibration and disposing a magnetic damper at the free end thereof. CONSTITUTION:For eliminating one-directional vibration 11 produced at an inertia part 8 of a vibrator 1, the vibration generated at the vibrator 1 is absorbed by a magnetic damper 5 which is attached to the side of a free end of a cantilever type spring 9 projected from the inertia part 8. This magnetic damper 5 is constituted in such a manner that a holed member 12 is shiftably attached to the free end of said spring 9 in the axial direction, a flat conductor 13 is projected from the holed member 12 in the direction of the vibration 11 and placed between permanent magnets 17, 18. The magnets 17, 18 are fit to the inertia part 8 via brackets 15, 16, respectively. Springs 14 are disposed between the vibrator 1 and the inertia part 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of parameter fluctuations of an object to be vibration-damped and a dynamic vibration absorber itself by fitting weights to the tips of multiple spring members extended from a common support member respectively, rockably cantilever-supporting these weights, and fitting the damping members of these weights. SOLUTION: The upper and lower plate springs 6 are parallel springs, both ends of them are extended to both sides of a support member 2, and block members 7 serving as weights are arranged between the upper and lower end sections. Two oblong holes 8 are provided at both end sections of the plate springs 6, and bolts 9 fix the block members 7 at proper positions. A threaded shaft 10 inserted and fixed into an upper block 4 is extended from both side faces of the upper block 4, and adjusting nut members 11 are fitted at the tip sections by screwing. Damping members 12 are integrally provided at the tip sections of the adjusting nut members 11. The damping members 12 apply variable pressing force to the block members 7 via the position adjustment of the adjusting nut members 11 along the shaft 10, and the rocking of the block members 7 is properly damped.
