The distance from the rotation shaft to the outer peripheral surface is so set that the water absorption roller can constantly come into contact with the conveying member.

When the second paper pressing member comes into contact with the paper sheet, a relation is set so that the first pressing member 14 is in non-contact with the paper sheet.
