Besides, teflon pads 14a and 14b are attached on the 1st operation plane, and a teflon pad 14c integral with the teflon pad 14b is attached on the 2nd operation plane. Then, a rear part is crimped so as to be held in a hand, a little taken up and moved while keeping its forward inclined attitude so that the 2nd operation plane can be parallel with the surface of desk.
