摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve airtightness between a sheet body and a guide rail inside surface in a guide rail. SOLUTION: The sheet body 3 is respectively fixed to respective width directional end parts 3a, and has a pair of sealing functional stopper bodies 9 composed of an elastic material existing by continuously extending in the vertical direction in a wide housing space 5 of the guide rail 1 when the sheet body 3 descends and is put in a state of closing mutual both guide rails 1 and 1. The sealing functional stopper bodies 9 have a slipping-out preventive part 10 capable of preventing slipping-out from a narrow inserting port 4 of the width directional end parts 3a, and larger than an opening width of the narrow inserting port 4, and seal parts 11 and 12 integrally projected from the slipping- out preventive part 10, and capable of sealing a space with an inner wall surface by abutment to the inner wall surface of the wide housing space 5. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric roof light window operating gear which can open and close a skylight (open and close window) easily even if a motor of the electric roof skylight device is not operated due to power failure, can reduce load of the motor, and can reduce operation sound thereof. SOLUTION: In an electric roof light window operating gear, an electric drive device 4 which drives an open and close window 3 is provided with an external force operation shaft 8 which can be connected with a reduction gear 6 which decelerates output of a motor 5. This external force operation shaft 8 is directed toward a rooftop side and leaves the reduction gear 6 by a clutch means 10. When power failure occurs, a user climbs on the rooftop and engages a tip 9a of a manual operation handle 9 with an outer end 8b of the external force operation shaft 8 from an opening manual operation 2a. The manual operation handle 9 is pressed to mesh the external force operation shaft 8 with the reduction gear 6 and turn the manual operation handle 9. Consequently, its rotary force is transmitted to the reduction gear 6 so that the open and close window 3 is opened and closed manually.
