    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which is high in productivity and is prevented from curvature. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has: at least an information recording layer; an adhesive layer; and a transparent sheet in this order on one face side of a substrate, and at least a label layer on the other face side. The transparent sheet has an elastic modulus of 2,000 Mpa or higher, a thermal expansion coefficient of 40 ppm/°C or higher and a moisture swelling coefficient of at least 30 ppm/%. The label layer has an elastic modulus of 2,000 Mpa or higher, a thermal expansion coefficient of 40 ppm/°C or higher, and a moisture swelling coefficient of 30 ppm/% or higher.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording medium for high-density recording which is excellent in traveling stability and durability. SOLUTION: In the magnetic recording medium provided with a magnetic layer on one side and a back layer on the opposite side, the back layer contains carbon black and nonmagnetic needle-shape powder, whose Mohs's hardness is at least 5 and not more than 8, at a ratio in weight of 40/60 to 10/90, and polyurethane resin and acryl resin, as a bonding agent, wherein the acryl resin constitutes 10-50% of the total mass of the bonding agents.
