    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium capable of exhibiting satisfactory recording characteristics in a DRAW type optical information recording medium of a multilayered system. SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium, wherein at least two recording layers containing dyestuff are formed between a first substrate and a second substrate, an intermediate layer is formed between respective recording layers and a hole is formed in a part of each recording mark after the recording mark is formed. The medium is characterized by: (1) the ratio of the number of the recording marks interfering with each other between adjacent tracks is ≤40%, (2) the average value of the maximum widths of the holes is 50 to 140% of the width of tracks formed on the second substrate, (3) the average value of the maximum heights of the holes is 20 to 90% of the thickness of the recording layer the nearest to the second substrate, or (4) an average value of the maximum deformed thicknesses of the recording layers due to formation of the holes is 10 to 70% of the thickness of the recording layer the nearest to the second substrate.
