The cured film shows a reaction rate of 90% or more and 100% or less of the compound having a chain polymerizable functional group and a charge transporting skeleton in one molecule, and a charge mobility of 5.0×10cm/Vs or more and 1.0×10cm/Vs or less at an electric field intensity of 1.0×10V/cm.
