摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green-cut machine equipped with a laitance and stagnant water collecting device capable of being mounted in a green-cut facility whereby it is possible to automatically perform green-cut on a concrete surface efficiently, automatically collect the cut laitance and stagnant water efficiently, and improve the working environment to a great extent. SOLUTION: A water jet part 1 spouts a high pressure water jet to shave away the laitance continuously from the surface of concrete placed, and a stagnating part or parts 30a protruding outward in the radial direction are formed around the frame of the water jet part 1, and a casing 30 is furnished where the part surrounding the bottom of the stagnating part(s) is put in contact with the concrete surface through a resilient material. Under the frame, a washing nozzle 36 is installed to spout water to the ground surface in the direction of the stagnating part(s) 30a, where suction hoses 38 and 39 are installed in such a way that the ends are located confronting.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it usable for various methods of construction and accordable to a nucleus remainer by using a partial form shiftable in the radial direction of a tunnel section, dividing the upper half part several times toward a top end from the lower part, and placing concrete respectively. CONSTITUTION:An elevatingly elastic boom 1B is attached to the front of a self-propelled truck 1. Next, a foldable rail frame 2 being made up into a smaller circular form than the inner circumferential surface of a tunnel section and a form unfolded orthogonally with a boom shaft, is attached to the tip. In succession, a form traveling guide frame is set thereto along the frame 2. In addition, a partial form made travelable in the radial direction of a tunnel section on this frame is self-propellably installed by means of a rack-and-pinion system. Using this partial form, the upper half part is divided into several parts toward a top end from the lower part and concrete placing takes place, thus a tunnel is lined. With this constitution, this method is made usable for both short and mini-bench methods of construction.

SOLUTION: An end part joint 2 of the cutoff sheet 21 is connected to a starting end pile 31. A ditch is excavated by horizontally moving an excavator 10. The cutoff sheet 21 is stretched by being delivered from a cutoff sheet box 20 according to a movement. A hardener is spouted out while excavating the ditch, and is mixed with excavating earth and sand to form the impervious wall. The inside of the cutoff sheet box 20 and a joint box 25 is enhanced in cutoff performance by filling grout from a pipe 23. When the cutoff sheet 21 is wholly delivered, a new cutoff sheet box 20 is installed on a cutter block 12 to construct the impervious wall 1 having high water stop performance of a joint.

SOLUTION: This lining method includes pressing bags 6 filled with concrete 17 against the excavated natural ground by means of air bags 4, and using the bagged concrete that is hardened directly. A lining device 3 for use in the lining method includes a circular frame 5 designed to expand and fold, a jack 7 mounted on the lower end of the circular frame 5, the air bags 4 installed on the outer periphery of the circular frame 5 at predetermined intervals, and the concrete-filled bags 6 placed on the outsides of the air bags 4. The use of the lining method and device eliminates the need for forms and end forms, enabling the use of a simple frame and reduction of the cost required for excavation.
