Therein, the acrylic resin emulsion in a solid amount of 5-500 pts.wt. is impregnated into both the outer layers 5, 5 placed on both the sides of the intermediate layer 4 to give the resin- containing paper. The intermediate layer may be formed by laminating two or more layers to each other.
