    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for pasting on a skin while maintaining prescribed cohesive force, capable of obtaining the adhesive having high wettability or followability against the skin, and an adhesive sheet for pasting to the skin, equipped with such an adhesive layer.
      SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet for pasting on the skin consisting of a supporting body and the adhesive layer laminated on the back side of the supporting material is provided by constituting the adhesive layer by an adhesive obtained by cross-linking the adhesive composition obtained by adding (B) a long chain isocyanate-based cross-linking agent having ≥2 isocyanate groups in its molecule to (A) an adhesive component containing (a) a (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer having a cross-linkable functional group, (b) a (meth)acrylic oligomer and (c) a (meth)acrylic polymer without having the cross-linkable functional group if desired.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively producing a percutaneously absorptive type pharmaceutical preparation having an adhesive layer uniformly and stably containing percutaneously absorbable medicine of the both of solution and crystal states on the surface of a carrier even when the preparation has no proper solvent.
      SOLUTION: The method comprises preparing a coating mixture by mixing and dispersing in an adhesive layer-forming material a medicine of more amount than the saturation solubility at normal temperature, which medicine is solid at normal temperature, hardly-soluble or insoluble in toluene or ethyl acetate and soluble in the solid of the adhesive layer-forming material, forming a coated layer on the surface of the carrier or the surface of a release sheet by using the coating mixture, heat-treating the obtained matter at a temperature higher than the melting point of the medicine, then cooling the heat-treated matter to form an adhesive layer containing the medicine, and adhering on the adhesive layer a release sheet when forming a coated layer on the surface of the carrier, or, a carrier when forming a coated layer on the surface of a release sheet.
