摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an anthraquinone vat dye which has excellent fastness and a blue tint without using any harmful material such as MnO2, by chlorinating dianthraquinone-N,N'-dihydroazine in the absence of a catalyst in conc. sulfuric acid. CONSTITUTION:An alkaline condensation agent is added to 1-aminoanthraquinone in the presence of dimethyl sulfoxide or 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone and an oxidizing agent to effect a condensation reaction, thus obtaining dianthraquinone-N,N'-dihydroazine (A) of formula I. 1pt.wt. component A is dissovled in 90-95% sulfuric acid in a quantity of 3-20 times by weight that of component A. Chlorine is made to bubble through the soln. to chlorinate component A. Water is added thereto to adjust the concn. of sulfuric acid to 83%. The soln. is filtered at room temp. The resulting filter cake is dissolved in 98% sulfuric acid and reduced with aluminum powder to obtain a vat dye of formula II (wherein n is 1-2).

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the recovery rate of gaseous hydrochloric acid by treating aq. hydrochloric acid at high temp. and pressure with a device consisting of the heater, tower packing, tower, tower lining and circulating pump respectively made of a specified corrosion-resistant material. CONSTITUTION:The hydrochloric acid of specified conch. in a raw hydrochloric acid storage tank 1 is pressurized by a pump 2 lined with fluororesin is introduced into a distillation tower 5 with the flow rate adjusted by a flow control valve 3. The tower 5 is made up of a steel material lined with fluororesin, lined with a heat and acid-resistant brick, and packed with the carbon or ceramic packing impregnated with resin. The hydrochloric acid is heated by a heater made of the carbon or Ta impregnated with resin, and the dil. hydrochloric acid at the tower bottom is discharged outside the system by a liq. level control valve 7. Meanwhile, the moisture entraining vaporized hydrochloric acid is condensed in a condenser 8 made of carbon impregnated with fluororesin and returned to the top of the tower 5 through a pipeline 9. The pressure in the system is kept constant by a control valve 10. The formed hydrochloric acid is discharged outside the system through a pipeline 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently recover oxygen by using zeolite as an adsorbent and recovering the oxygen by a pressure swing adsorption method in recovering the oxygen from a mixed gas containing chlorine and the oxygen. CONSTITUTION:Zeolite (e.g. Ca-A type) is preferably filled in four pressure- resistant vessels of the same shape and volume. Chlorine and oxygen are then contained therein and a mixed gas containing nitrogen and carbon dioxide, as necessary, is fed to a packed column under pressure to repeatedly carry out steps for successive absorbing, pressure equalizing, decompressing, vacuum deaerating and back washing and boosting according to a pressure swing adsorption method to separate the oxygen from the mixed gas. Thereby, the oxygen can be separated without being affected by the existing chlorine.
