    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphation Zn-Al-Mg alloy plated steel plate having improved coating film blister corrosion resistance by modifying a phosphate film.
      SOLUTION: In a chemical-converted steel plate, a phosphate film with the volume-regulation of metal elements other than Zn is deposited on a surface of the Zn-Al-Mg alloy plated steel plate. A plating layer on the surface of a base material contains, by mass, 3-15% Al and 2-5% Mg. Deposition such as Ni, Co, and Fe to be substitution-deposited on the surface of the base material through phoaphating is set to be ≤10 mg/m
      2 . Phosphate crystal of the chemical conversion film contains at least Mn or Mg of ≥0.04 mol ratio to Zn other than Zn, and the mol ratio of Ni, Co and Fe contained in the phosphate crystal to Zn is controlled to be ≤0.05.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a blackening phenomenon by chromating a galvanized layer surface of a steel plate subjecting to hot dip galvanizing containing a specified content in each of Al, Mg.
      SOLUTION: A galvanized steel plate is produced so that a steel plate is dipped in a hot dip galvanizing bath containing 4.0 wt.% Al, >1.0% Mg in Zn. In a ternary composition of Zn-Al-Mg containing Al content, Mg content in Mn, in the case that the area ratio (Al-Zn-Zn
      2 Mg ternary eutectic structure) of a galvanized layer surface is large, an action to suppress blackening after a chromate treatment is increased. Such structure control is made easy by containing 0.002-0.1 wt.% Ti and 0.001-0.045 wt.% B. In the case the ternary eutectic structure is 70% of the galvanized layer surface or more, generation of blackening is substantially suppressed. Further, it is preferable to adopt a coating type.
