Because contact area of the projection parts for stop-up prevention with an wall surface is small, friction resistance is also small when the float moves, and compliance and response of the float 3 relative to vertical movement of a liquid surface is improved. At least three projection parts for stop-up prevention are desirable to prevent wall surface from coming into contact with each other, and three or more projection parts provide a structure free from direct contact of the float surface with the guide surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple inspection device for vibration characteristics for precisely obtaining vibration inspection results of an object to be measured, as soon as possible.
      SOLUTION: The inspection device 1 for vibration characteristics excites the object 10 by an excitation means 4; analyzes each of detected signals from one or a plurality of vibration sensors 6 mounted on objective portions, which configure the object 10, by a vibration analyzing means 7; and inspects the vibration characteristics of the object 10. The excitation means 4 includes a rod (contained in a rod portion 41), mechanically transmitting the vibration of an excitation source to the proper locations of the object 10. The rod has a natural frequency thereof which is higher than natural frequency of each of the objective portions on the object 10. Consequently, the effect of vibration characteristics of the rod to the vibration characteristics (i.e., natural frequencies) of the object 10 is easily discriminated, and then the inspection results of the vibration characteristics of the object 10 can be precisely obtained as soon as possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the structure of a subtank, capable of preventing the evaporation of liquid and a deterioration in the liquid caused by contact with air by providing a liquid level cover block whose part occupied by mechanisms such as a filter means and a sensor means is caved and which reaches a processing solution level, in a cover for covering the top surface of the subtank. SOLUTION: An evaporation preventing block 15 is provided in a subtank cover 14 for covering a liquid level. The evaporation preventing block 15 is provided with a cavity for a filter 16, a cavity for a float switch 17, a cavity for a heater 18 and a cavity for a thermosensitive bar 19. As to the height of the evaporation preventing block 15, it is necessary that it reaches at least the liquid level, when the subtank cover 14 is closed. The block 15 of the subtank is integrally formed with the subtank cover 14 and structured so that the mechanism members such as a filter and a sensor are inserted through. Thus, the liquid level between the mechanism members is covered and the evaporation can be suppressed. Further, the deterioration in the liquid caused by the contact with the air at the liquid level in a waving state can be prevented as well.
