    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based toner excellent in low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage properties, the toner capable of suppressing reduction in image density and occurrence of transfer unevenness at continuous printing, and also excellent in fine line reproducibility.SOLUTION: A toner includes a first binder resin and a second binder resin. The first binder resin is obtained by block copolymerization of at least a polyester skeleton A including a constitutional unit having a hydroxy carboxylic acid dehydrated and condensed in a repeating structure, and a skeleton B including no constitutional unit having a hydroxy carboxylic acid dehydrated and condensed in a repeating structure. The first binder resin has glass transition temperatures Tg1 and Tg2 measured by differential scan calorimetry at a temperature-rising rate of 5°C/min. The Tg1 is from -20°C to 20°C, and the Tg2 is from 35°C to 65°C. The second binder resin is a crystalline resin.
