摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper container suitable for microwave oven use and capable of retort sterilization, by laminating the internal face of a paper box, set up into a tray from a blank, with a thermoplastic sheet and disposing a wound part in the periphery of the sheet, thereby covering a portion where the paper edge face of the paper box is exposed. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic sheet 20 is placed over a paper box 10a, set up from a blank, so that the inside of a wound part 21 is superposed on the flange of the paper box. Then, the flange of the paper box and the inside of the wound part 21 of the thermoplastic sheet 20 are bonded by a method such as heat sealing. Also, air from a vacuum source is allowed for sucking action through the holes 70 of the paper box 10a and the inside of it is kept vacuum, and the thermoplastic sheet 20 softened under heat is curved and hermetically formed on the internal face of the paper box 10a. Further, the wound part 21 is folded down and bonded over the paper box 10a, thereby preventing the exposure of the edge face of the paper of the paper box 10a, and also the holes 70 are covered with sealing members 80.

SOLUTION: A continuously extending peripheral wall 112 is formed downward at the inner periphery of a flange 111 with which the underface of the cover is peelably heat-sealed at the opening of the container. A sheet-molded cover 110 provided with the top plate 113 projecting upward and having a decompression absorption part 114 with a trapezoidal section as the usual case, at the central part connected to the lower end of the peripheral wall 112, is formed with a unit layer or a multi-layer having a barrier property through vacuum forming or pressure forming. A pull-ring-shaped handle 120 composed of a pull-ring 121 connected to a support 122 is formed through insert injection molding or compression molding or connected by ultrasonic welding at the one end of the inside upper face of the peripheral wall 112 of the sheet-molded cover. In the pull-ring-shaped handle, the support is connected to the sheet- molded cover and the front end of the pull-ring is usually bent upward to provide the handle in the central direction.
