The treated blood collection vessel is filled with air in the quantity equivalent to or larger than the difference between the capacity of blood filled in the outflow side blood chamber of the blood processor and the capacity of air storage.

A filter 60 permitting the passage of gases but not permitting the passage of microorganisms is attached to the tip 51 of the tube 50, and a culture medium 70 is received in the inner cavity of the bottomed tube 20 in an aseptic state. Thus, the objective implement 1A for examining the microorganisms is obtained.
