The first feeding point 11 is connected to a feeding circuit 81 represented by a symbol on a circuit substrate 8 via a feeding pin 17, for example. The first short circuit point 13 is connected to a ground circuit 82 represented by a symbol on the circuit substrate 8 via a short circuit pin 18, for example. An average interval between the first partial element 15 and the second partial element 16 is narrowed to 1/1,000 of an resonance frequency.
