      SOLUTION: The high-frequency magnetic material 10 has a substrate 12, a first magnetic body layer 14 on the substrate, an intermediate layer 16 which is on the first magnetic body layer and made of a material different from that of the first magnetic body layer, and a second magnetic body layer 18 which is on the intermediate layer and made of the same material as that of the first magnetic body layer, each of the magnetic body layers being a composite magnetic film comprising an amorphous magnetic phase forming a plurality of columnar bodies having length directions in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate and an insulator phase filling gaps among the columnar bodies, and also having in-plane uniaxial anisotropy of Hk2/Hk1≥3, Hk2≥3.98×10
      3 A/m, wherein Hk1 is a minimum anisotropic magnetic field in a plane parallel with the surface of the substrate and Hk2 is a maximum anisotropic magnetic field. Further, the method of manufacturing the high-frequency magnetic material, the antenna assembly, and the cellular phone are disclosed.
