      SOLUTION: A vertical frame cover 90 is attached slidably to a vertical frame body 50. A bracket 130 and a bracket seal member 110, both of which constitute the roof-surface material support device 4 are attached to the vertical frame cover 90. Because of this, even when the bracket 130 is inclined, the vertical frame cover 90 can be slid with respect to the vertical frame body 50 so that it can follow the inclination of the bracket 130 without deforming the bracket seal member 110. Furthermore, even when the inclination amount of the bracket 130 becomes large, only the sliding amount of the vertical frame cover 90 becomes large, and the bracket seal member 110 does not become deformed. Because of this, the breakage of the bracket seal member 110 can be prevented regardless of the inclination of the bracket 130, and the roof-surface material 3 can be securely supported without causing any corrosion of an object 71 to be fixed of a connecting member 70 by rainwater.
