摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to fold a table which locks a table board automatically as the table extends. SOLUTION: Nails and holes for nails which join mutually are placed on the sides of two table boards connected by hinges in a manner that they are extended and folded. The nails are formed at the end of a lock board which can undulate, and the end of the nail is cut slantwise like a wedge. Force is always applied on the lock board with the nail into a direction where the nail is inserted into the hole for the nail. When the table board is extending, the table board completes to lock as the lock board undulates against elastic force due to the nail working as a wedge, and the nail gets on the other lock board and is inserted into the hole for the nail automatically. Joining the nail to the hole for the nail is released by pushing the lock board with the nails against the elastic force, and the table board is folded.
