摘要： A powder bed (32) is built up by repeated deposition of a slurry that contains powder. Layers are made by depositing a liquid dispersion of the desired powdered material, which then slip-casts into the forming powder bed to make a new layer (34). The slurry may be deposited in any suitable manner, such as by raster or vector scanning, or by a plurality of simultaneous jets that coalesce before the liquid slip-casts into the bed, or by individual drops, the deposits of which are individually controlled, thereby generating a regular surface for each layer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated pipe applicable to a shake-out type rod and a connection type rod by strengthening its elasticity and decreasing its weight while its flexural strength is kept. SOLUTION: The laminated tube is composed of an inside tube, a hollow structure part, and an outside tube. The inside tube is made by laminating an innermost layer 11 and an inner layer 12 coaxially, and the outside tube is made by laminating a cylindrical outer layer 14 and an outermost layer 15 coaxially. The hollow structure part is formed integrally between the outside tube and the inside tube to have the shape of a rib. An intermediate member 13 is set in the circumferential direction of the laminated tube at equal intervals spirally. The innermost layer 11, the inner layer 12, and the intermediate member 13 are formed by using carbon fibers. The outer layer 14 and the outermost layer 15 can be formed by using carbon fibers, but, when they are formed by using transparent glass fibers, the decorativity of the tube can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To laminate a resin having a wall thickness on a curved surface of a laminar body in a similarly curved state and to prevent an occurrence of a flaw or an adhesion of foreign particles by a method wherein a resin plate in a flat state is contact bonded under heat to the curved surface of the laminar body to be simultaneously shaped and bonded thereto. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral edge of a resin plate 1 is attached to a jig 2 at a position slightly outside a developed shape of a laminar body 3 serving as a bonding object of the resin plate 1. The resin plate 1 can be bonded to either a concave surface or a convex surface, but a convex surface is preferable. Next, this bonding and shaping device is heated, inclusive of its atmosphere. A heating temperature is not less than a glass transition temperature of the resin plate 1 and as high as an adhesive layer 5 can exhibit a sufficient adhesive power. When the resin plate 1 is sufficiently softened, the jig 2 is lowered to simultaneously bond and shape the resin plate by press molding or the like. After being cooled, the laminate is detached from the jig. The laminate is completed by cutting a part of the resin plate squeezed from the edge of the laminar body.
