SOLUTION: The wiping device of a letterpress machine is provided with at least one set of cleaning mechanism comprising: a plurality of cleaning particles that come in contact with a wiping roller and remove an excess ink on the roller surface; a rinsing particle installation member in which the rinsing particles settled by gravity precipitation are placed; and a discharging pressure feeding device that is arranged in the lower part of the rinsing particle installation member and that directs and projects the rinsing particles to the wiping roller.
