    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a day time atmosphere without leaving the night atmosphere while maintaining the lifetime of an ultraviolet rays discharge lamp in a lighting dimmer system using an incandescent lamp and an ultraviolet rays discharge lamp together and for lighting an illustration coated with the ultraviolet rays sensing coating. SOLUTION: An incandescent lamp 12 and a ultraviolet rays discharge lamp 3 are provided, and a modulation control device is provided for cutting the current flowing to the incandescent lamp 2 during the predetermined first time zone, for gradually increasing the current during the predetermined second time zone, for maintaining the current at the highest level during the predetermined third time zone, and gradually decreasing the current during the predetermined forth time zone so as to maintain the current flowing to the ultraviolet rays discharge lamp 3 at a high level during the first time zone, to gradually degrease the current during the second time zone, to maintain the current at a very low level during the third time zone, and to gradually increase the current during the fourth time zone.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a several kinds of colored beams from a single light source without using a lot of luminaires by constituting a lighting color tone separator of a spectral plate which is arranged in front of the light source as being parallel to the light source and divides the light source into plural ones and a light shielding body of an appropriate width which is provided in the front end of the spectral plate as crossing at right angles therewith. SOLUTION: A light shielding width adjusting belt 4B is vertically moved according to an irradiation distance so that the overlap of diffraction beams from the edge is adjusted to be reduced. The beam from the light is set to a planar light source by a planar light source filter attached to a filter frame 2, and divided into the top and the bottom by a spectral plate 3, and a strong beam near the optical axis is cut by a light shielding body 4 with an arc edge, becomes a different kind of colored beam, and reach an irradiation surface to provide clear two top/bottom colored backgrounds. The beam near the width direction of the light shielding body 4 is uniformly scattered in the left/right direction by the arc edge of the light shielding body 4 and the scattering filter 6 so that the smooth gradation can be provided in the boundary part of the top/bottom two colored beams.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a linear light-emitting body, having a low emission or luminance by integrating a linear emitting body formed of a pair of conductors and a light-emitting body arranged between the conductors so as to emit light, when each conductor is electrified to a base material such as a cloth or strip body of carpet, a nonwoven fabric, a fabric, a mesh body, or a handrail. SOLUTION: A virgin road 10a is formed by integrating a plurality of linear light-emitting bodies 20 to a base material which is a substantially linear carpet, so that the whole virgin road 10a appears by each linear light-emitting body 20 when each linear light-emitting body is electrified, and the surrounding is darkened. The virgin road 10a can be manufactured by using the linear light- emitting body 20 as part of the warp for weaving the carpet-like base material. In the current-carrying to each linear light-emitting body, the voltage, current or frequency is changed according to the intensity of the surrounding sounds to react to the emission of each linear light-emitting body 20 with the intensity of the sound, whereby the virgin road 10a can be made more effective.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the color of light of each element, which forms letters and figure, to the natural color thereof by supporting a hollow lantern on a board with a translucent wall material, and arranging a light emitting tool inside of the lamp, and drawing a figure with the fluorescent coloring agent on the translucent wall material, and connecting the light emitting tool to a power source through a controller. SOLUTION: A lantern 20 is formed by wrapping a translucent thin film into a cylindrical shape and drawing required letters and figures thereon. A light emitting tool 25 is a kind of a fluorescent lamp, and formed into a bar- shape, and arranged in the same axis with an axis of the lantern 20. When an electric switch 36 is turned on, electricity at 6 V of direct current, which is supplied from a dry battery 34, is converted to the electricity at 100 V of alternating current through a booster, and intermittently applied to the light emitting tool 25 through a control board so as to flash the light emitting tool 25 with the predetermined interval. Partitioning walls are rotated so as to change the light to be applied to the letters and figures, which are drawn on the lantern 20, and color of the letters and figure drawn on the lantern 20 is thereby changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the uniformity ratio of illuminance as the effective illumination in a solar radiation device comprising a light bank on which the lamps are arranged on an upper part, and having an effective irradiation face at a lower pert, by arranging the reflecting plates on a peripheral wall, and driving the same, so that the directions of the reflecting plates can be respectively changed. SOLUTION: The reflecting plates 5 forming a wall 3, are connected by a supporting base 6 and the arms 7, and are moved by the joints 8 for left and right rotation, and the joints 9 for vertical rotation on the way. A driving part comprising the arms 7a, 7b, 7c and the joints 8, 9, is controlled by a controlling unit such as a control part 16 and a personal computer or the like, and the reflecting path is changed by the formation of a wall 3. For example in the case the light emitted from a lamp is reflected by the wall 3, and reaches an irradiation face (1), and is reflected by the wall 3, and reaches an outside of the irradiation face (2), the direction of the reflected light reaching the neighborhood of a center of the irradiatin face in (1), is changed to an edge part, and the direction of the reflected light in (2), is changed to the irradiation face, thereby the reflected light from the wall 3 uniformly irraidates the irradiation face.
