The substrate 2 has a cylindrical part 21 where a through-hole 22 is formed at a top part, a pin member 103 can be inserted into the through-hole 22, and protruded parts 23, 24 which can be inserted between an umbrella part 101 and a rib 105 of the power transmission insulator 100 and/or between the ribs 105, 105 are formed, and the peripheral wall part 3 has an inner surface 31 which comes into contact with an outer surface of the umbrella part 101.
