    • Cloned Canidae and a method for producing thereof are provided to clone the Canidae by somatic cell nuclear transfer, so that the method is useful for propagation of excellent Canidae species and preservation of rare and endangered Canidae species. The method for producing the cloned Canidae comprises the steps of: (a) removing a nucleus from the matured oocyte of Canidae; (b) separating the somatic cell from the tissue of Canidae so as to prepare a nucleus donor cell; (c) micro-injecting the nucleus donor cell into the denucleated oocyte, and electronically fusing the oocyte by applying voltage of 3.0-3.5 kv/cm to the oocyte; and (d) activating the electrofused oocyte by treating the electrofused oocyte with calcium ionophore and DMAP(6-dimethylaminopurine), wherein the somatic cell is fibroblast or cumulus cell; the Canidae is dog, wolf, fox, jackal, coyote, Korean wolf or raccoon. The cloned Canidae oocyte is deposited under KCTC 10831BP.
