    • Provided is a method for preparing a fermented food which can be applied to health food by using a bamboo fermentation solution, garlic, honey, unrefined sugar and royal jerry. The method comprises the steps of collecting the skin, leaves, trunk or root of bamboo or a bamboo shoot, adding the hard-steamed rice(boiled rice) to it and proliferating microorganism; adding sugar source to the hard-steamed rice and fermenting it to prepare a fermentation source solution; diluting the fermentation source solution with cooled underground water or the water boiled with the skin, leaves, trunk or root of bamboo or a bamboo shoot, and maturing it to prepare a bamboo fermentation solution; mixing the bamboo fermentation solution and polished garlic, honey, unrefined sugar and royal jerry; and fermenting the obtained mixture.
