    • Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal composition and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. The method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device includes the steps of: forming a first substrate; forming a second substrate; bonding the first substrate and the second substrate; forming a liquid crystal mixture containing liquid crystal and an additive; ultrasonically processing the liquid crystal mixture to finish a liquid crystal composition; and injecting the liquid crystal composition ultrasonically processed into between the first substrate and the second substrate. According to the methods of the present invention, excellent brightness can be shown even in an electrode part by forming a liquid crystal composition comprising negative liquid crystal, and reliability of the negative liquid crystal can be improved by employing an additive like a UV absorbent. Also, the liquid crystal composition including the additive is ultrasonically processed, thereby improving low temperature stability.
