    • A solar collection system is described that includes an elongate central truss angled upward from ground horizontal and mounted on a plurality of ground support legs, a collector subsystem mounted at one end of the central truss, a cross truss perpendicular to the central truss and mounted at an end of the central truss opposite the collector subsystem, and a reflector subsystem mounted on the cross truss. The collector subsystem includes a truncated trapezoid-shaped housing with a front side facing the reflector subsystem, the front side including a glassed-in opening fronting a V-shaped core heat mechanism enclosed within the housing interior that captures reflected photon energy from the reflector subsystem which heats a fluent medium within the V-shaped core heat mechanism for output to an external source for thermal power operations.

    • A forced oscillation radial seal is described for regenerative air preheaters which contain rotatable radial plates having upper and lower edges. The forced oscillation seal includes a base with a first portion attached to a lateral face of the plates adjacent the upper and lower edges, and a second free portion, with a pivot system having an axis attached to the second free portion, and a rigid sealing sheet with a first free portion, second portion, and central portion, the sealing sheet attached at its central portion to the pivot system. The forced oscillation seal includes a counterweight attached to the sealing sheet so the sealing sheet reassumes a vertical position after forming a seal with a sealing surface, and a plurality of springs in contact with the sealing sheet and base along the axis of the pivot system, which cooperate with the counterweights to force the seal to oscillate.

    • A method and system of converting an ASCII timing report to a timing waveform to evaluate the behavior of an electrical signal in an ASIC is described. In the method, a timing report is read into memory, and selected timing points are extracted therefrom. A timing waveform is generated from the extracted timing points for display and review by a designer to evaluate whether a given external port or internal pin of the ASIC meets required timing specifications. To create a combined timing waveform, max and min timing waveforms are generated from selected timing points extracted from max and min timing reports. The x-y coordinates of the min timing waveform are shifted by an adjustment factor so as to align with x-y coordinates the max timing waveform, then a combined timing waveform is generated from the x-y coordinates of both the max and min timing waveforms.
