摘要： A method is provided to perform an imaging scan on a target tissue. The imaging scan includes generating a signal directed at a portion of a target tissue using a collimator that includes a slot, wherein a source of a signal assembly is incoherently interrupted. The method also includes receiving at least a portion of the signal from the portion of the target tissue at a linear signal detector positioned directly opposite from the signal assembly with respect to the target tissue, and simultaneously translating the linear signal detector and adjusting a width of the at least one slot of the collimator such that a fan width of the signal at the linear signal detector corresponds to a width of a detector window disposed in the linear signal detector. The method also includes rotating a stage about the target tissue, and repeating performing the imaging scan on the target tissue.

摘要： Systems are provided for generating data representing electromagnetic states of a heart for medical, scientific, research, and/or engineering purposes. The systems generate the data based on source configurations such as dimensions of, and scar or fibrosis or pro-arrhythmic substrate location within, a heart and a computational model of the electromagnetic output of the heart. The systems may dynamically generate the source configurations to provide representative source configurations that may be found in a population. For each source configuration of the electromagnetic source, the systems run a simulation of the functioning of the heart to generate modeled electromagnetic output (e.g., an electromagnetic mesh for each simulation step with a voltage at each point of the electromagnetic mesh) for that source configuration. The systems may generate a cardiogram for each source configuration from the modeled electromagnetic output of that source configuration for use in predicting the source location of an arrhythmia.

摘要： One embodiment is circuitry for implementing a baseline restoration (“BLR”) circuit for a photon-counting computed tomography (“PCCT”) signal chain, the circuitry comprising a multi-level discriminator circuit for receiving a shaper voltage from the PCCT signal chain, the discriminator circuit outputting a digital signal indicative of one of a range of voltages within which the shaper voltage falls; a digital-to-analog converter (“DAC”) connected to receive the digital signal output from the discriminator circuit, the DAC converting the received digital signal to a corresponding active reference voltage; and a feedback circuit that injects a cancellation current proportional to the difference between the shaper voltage and the active reference voltage at the input of the PCCT signal chain.

摘要： A pediatric head covering to facilitate obtaining three-dimensional images of a head of an infant to be utilized in manufacture of a cranial remodeling orthosis for correction of an abnormal head shape comprises sheer elastic material to be drawn down over an infant's head to compress the hair of an infant and to provide a smooth surface over the infant's cranium. The elastic material has variable elasticity with less elasticity over the crown of the cranium to provide enough strength to compress the infant's hair and conform to the shape of the cranium and more elasticity at the infant's neck to control soft tissue of the infant's neck without leading to distortion of the soft tissue and causing misrepresentations of the actual neck shape in captured three-dimensional images. The head covering facilitates accurate capture and reproduction of three-dimensional images of the infant's head by a three-dimensional image capturing system. The head covering is sized based upon anthropometric data derived from three-dimensional data sets of infant heads.

摘要： A radiation medical device, including a main support, and a radiation assembly (30) and an imaging assembly (20) respectively located at both ends of the main support. After an imaging scan is completed and pathological tissue positioning pictures are taken, a patient is directly moved to the other end of the main support to allow the radiation assembly (30) to perform radiation therapy to improve the efficiency of the radiation therapy after the completion of pathological tissue positioning, and effectively reduce movement of the patient when the patient is being moved for radiation therapy after the imaging assembly (20) completes pathological tissue positioning, thus reducing pathological tissue positioning error caused by too much movement.
