摘要： Each embodiment of this invention implements step-by-step and empirical authentication of devices upon digital authentication among a plurality of devices. Each of a plurality of authentication devices of each embodiment can unidirectionally generate a hash value of a low experience rank from a hash value of a high experience rank, and receives a set of high experience rank and hash value in accordance with an experience. Upon receiving a certification request of the experience rank from another authentication device, the authentication device transmits a corresponding hash value to the authentication device as a request source. Upon sending a certification request of an experience rank to another authentication device, the authentication device verifies a hash value obtained from the other authentication device on the basis of a self hash value. In this way, the authentication devices authenticate each other's experience ranks.

摘要： A handheld device is configured to be connectable to a storage media that holds a unique media identifier and holds a content key data used to decrypt an encrypted content data. A content data delivery system is provided that is configured to be able to deliver various data to the handheld device and to make a content data available to the handheld device. The system includes a member-registration information database that holds member-registration information including a data pair of a handheld-device identifier related to the relevant handheld device and the relevant media identifier. The media identifier held by the storage media is verified with the member-registration information database. When it is determined that the media identifier corresponds to the member-registration information, the content key data held in the storage media is read, and it is determined whether an encrypted content data corresponding to the read content key data is stored in the storage media or other storage media coupled to the storage media. The encrypted content data is transferred to the storage media or the like depending on the user's specification.

Driving electrodes are provided on surfaces of the movable sections and holding electrodes are also provided on the opposite surfaces pf the movable section. A driving electrode section is provided on the inner surface of the stator facing the driving electrodes on the movable section. Also, holding electrode sections are provided on the inner surface of the stator facing the holding electrodes on the movable section. Stripes of the electrodes are arranged in a longitudinal direction and each strip is extended in a lateral direction crossing the longitudinal direction, and the holding electrodes are extended in the longitudinal direction.

The head slider is installed in a recording/reproducing apparatus and driven so that the head slider floats over the recording medium by a hydrodynamic force. The head slider has multiple slider rails, each with a surface that faces the recording medium. The recording/reproducing head is fixed to an end of one of the slider rails. The head slider includes a push force application point surface portion for application of a push force which is located on the head slider closer to one slider rail than another slider rail. The head slider may have a first slider rail and a second slider rail. Further, the head slider may have a main slider rail; a first subsidiary slider rail; a first connecting portion connecting the main and first subsidiary slider rails; a second subsidiary slider rail; and a second connecting portion.
