摘要： A ratchet fitting includes a screw portion and an operating portion. One of the screw portion and the operating portion has an engaging member, and the other one of the screw portion and the operating portion has an elastic member and a holding member formed separately from the elastic member. The elastic member and the engaging member are fitted such that a rotational force is transmittable to each other due to engagement of the projection and the protrusion and engagement between the projection and the protrusion is releasable due to deformation of the elastic member. The elastic member has a first fitting portion, the holding member has a second fitting portion, and the holding member and the elastic member are fitted such that the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion are fitted to each other in a rotation direction.

A window selector (42, 43) selects, during an execution of an analysis cycle, a window among the plurality of windows for an MS/MS analysis by DDA which is irregularly performed in an ongoing analysis cycle, based on intensity information obtained for each of the plurality of windows from an MS/MS spectrum acquired by the MS/MS analysis by DIA. A precursor-ion determiner (44) determines a precursor ion corresponding to the window selected by the window selector in a mass spectrum acquired by the first mass spectrometric analysis in the ongoing analysis cycle, based on peak information included within the m/z range of the window. A data-dependent-acquisition condition setter (45) informs the controller of the precursor ion determined by the precursor-ion determiner, as the precursor ion for the MS/MS analysis by DDA which is irregularly performed in the ongoing analysis cycle.

摘要： To improve the reliability of mutual diagnosis in a cancer determination by machine learning, m/z values of ions originating from tumor markers or similar substances used in other related tests are stored in a particular m/z-value database. A spectrum information filtering section deletes signal intensities at the m/z values stored in the particular m/z-value database from a large number of mass spectra classified by the presence or absence of cancer. Using the data which remain after the deletion as training data, a training processor obtains training-result information and stores it in a training result database. A judgment processor similarly deletes signal intensities at the predetermined m/z values from mass spectrum data obtained for a target sample to be judged. Then, based on the training-result information stored in the training-result database, the judgment processor determines whether the target sample should be classified into a cancerous group or non-cancerous group.
