摘要： A method for providing access feedback when a User Equipment, UE, with an established a connection over multiple accesses towards a Gateway, GW, initiates a set-up of a new service for a service session. The method comprises a step where the GW or a Policy and Charging Rules Function, PCRF, initiates a Quality of Service, QoS, resource reservation as a response of the set-up of the new service initiated by the UE. The GW or the PCRF in the QoS resource reservation selects a first access as present access.The method is particularly characterized in a step where the UE rejects said first access as present access and sends a reject message to the GW, wherein the GW or the PCRF as a result of the reject message initiates a new QoS resource reservation selecting a second access as present access.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention include a method and system for operating a dual mode terminal that includes a wireless local area network interface and a cellular radio interface. According to an embodiment, the dual mode terminal camps on the cellular radio interface when idle. When a Page Request message is received over the cellular radio interface, the terminal determines whether wireless local area network coverage is possible from an access point providing wireless local area network cellular communication. If so, the terminal processes the incoming communication request over the wireless local area network towards another party, wherein then the communication is ended, the terminal goes back to camp on the cellular channel.

The PDN-GW (105) is also arranged to use said rules to bind a service flow to an access network (125, 130) in the downlink direction and to perform access network binding verification in the up- link direction.
