摘要： The present invention is directed towards a method for spinning neutral or anionically modified cellulose comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a suspension of the neutral or anionically modified cellulose in a continuous phase; (b) subjecting the suspension to high shear rate; (c) performing spinning by extruding the cellulose suspension into an airgap region comprising at least one heated zone to obtain spun fibers, (d) subjecting the spun fibers to at least one washing stages and (e) isolating the spun fibers from the at least one washing stages; as well as fibers obtained based on the method of the invention and paper or board products derived from such fibers.

摘要： A gradient nanofiber non-woven contains a plurality of nanofibers where at least 70% of the nanofibers are bonded to other nanofibers. The nanofibers each have a surface and a center and contain a bulk polymer and a third component. The majority by weight at the surface of the nanofiber is the third component and the majority by weight at the center of the nanofiber is the bulk polymer and there is a concentration gradient from most concentrated to least from the surface of the nanofiber to the center of the nanofiber. The process for forming a gradient nanofiber non-woven is also disclosed.

摘要： A method and a mould for manufacturing pellets of hot-melt ink are disclosed wherein use is made of a multiple mould containing at least three dies detachably attached to one another which define mold cavities and corresponding filling holes. In the moulding process, the cavities are overfilled such that after solidification ink protrudes in the filling openings formed in a single die and prior to removal of the pellets from the mould cavities, the die containing the protrusions is separated from the other dies whereby the ink pellets formed are substantially free of holes and/or protrusions hampering the free flow of such pellets when introduced in a dosing system.

The biodegradable resin component is cross-linked and ground to prepare a biodegradable resin cross-linking product powder. An impregnant at a temperature of 60° C. or higher, and lower than or equal to the melting point or degradation temperature of the biodegradable resin component is impregnated to prepare a molding material composed of a biodegradable resin composite powder. The molding material is heated to a temperature higher than or equal to the melting point of the biodegradable resin component to mold into pellets.
