摘要： The micro-speaker includes a hollow frame, a diaphragm, a voice coil, an elastic damping piece, and a magnetic circuit assembly. The hollow frame includes a hollow portion, a top surface, and a bottom surface. The diaphragm includes a central portion and an outer peripheral portion surrounding the central portion. The voice coil is coaxially held in the hollow portion. The voice coil includes a top edge fixedly connected to the central portion and a bottom edge. The elastic damping piece includes an outer fixing member connected to the hollow frame, an inner fixing member connected to the voice coil, and an elastic piece body connected between the outer fixing member and the inner fixing member. The magnetic circuit assembly is held in the hollow portion and is in the voice coil but not in contact with the voice coil.

摘要： An interior component of a vehicle comprises a carrier having a front face directed toward a passenger compartment of the vehicle and an opposite rear face; a speaker including an at least partially transparent diaphragm and a transducer coupled to the diaphragm. Movement of the transducer causes vibration of the diaphragm to generate sound by vibration of the diaphragm, the diaphragm having a front face directed towards the passenger compartment and an opposite rear face. The carrier provides a support along at least part of the periphery of the diaphragm where the diaphragm is attached to the carrier where the front face and the rear face of the diaphragm are free of the carrier across a part of the diaphragm surface so that the diaphragm is suspended in the carrier of the interior component.

摘要： A movable diaphragm comprises a layer having a disc shape with undulating waves that extend from an inner diameter to an outer diameter. The layer is to be offset from a stationary surface and displaced toward the stationary surface, the displacement of the layer to effectively cause a respective compression and rarefaction of air between the layer and the stationary surface to an external environment. An annular surround is to seal outer edge portion of the layer to a transducer component, the surround having compliant properties to allow the displacement of the layer relative to the stationary surface and the transducer component without breaking the seal. The undulations increases an effective surface area of the layer to lower an overall size of the transducer that would otherwise be needed for a low frequency speaker.

The most outer layer of the voice coil is defined as a tailend layer (last layer), which is wound obliquely from a top of the penult layer adjacent to the diaphragm in a direction away from the diaphragm, so that the high frequency pit of the sound generator is improved. Both the first and second distance are longer than a distance of the maximum elastic deformation of the flexible circuit board. The quality of speaker can be improved.
