    • A multi-actuator selectively performing audio and vibration generating operations is made by injection molding process of inserting a spring into a case forming an exterior appearance of the multi-actuator. The spring is inserted into the case using an exterior structure integrally formed with the spring, and the exterior structure is cut off from the case after the injection process is finished. In the method of inserting the spring into the case, a plurality of guide holes are formed on the exterior structure and outside springs in a spring array state, and the springs are disposed and inserted into the injection-molding in the array state so that a productivity is improved. Since interference between the springs and the injection molding, deformation of the springs is prevented.

    • A miniaturized electrodynamic sound generator comprises a diaphragm, a permanent magnet with pole pieces, a magnet yoke, and a coil. The yoke is designed such that is constitutes a housing or a cabinet of the sound generator. The permanent magnet and the pole pieces are provided in a recess in the cabinet or the yoke and surrounded by the coil, which is connected to the diaphragm at a peripheral area thereof. The diaphragm is provided above the magnet system of the recess and fastened to the outside of the cabinet. The dynamic response of the sound generator is determined by the magnetic, electrical, mechanical, and acoustic parameters which are used in the design of the sound generator. By varying some of these parameters, the frequency and amplitude of a resonance may be chosen such that the sound generator may reconstruct the natural acoustic transfer function in the range of 2-4 kHz in the human meatus. This makes the sound generator particularly suitable for use in hearing aids.

    • A receiver is provided comprising an outside housing, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system accommodated in the outside housing. The vibration system comprises a vibration diaphragm and a voice coil. The outside housing comprises a first housing and a second housing matching with each other. The first housing and the second housing are provided with electrical connection structures conductive to one another thereon. The first housing is provided with a first elastic piece on a sidewall thereof. One end of the first elastic piece is welded with a spring electrically connected to an external circuit, and the other end is exposed at the outside of the sidewall of the first housing. The second housing is provided with a second elastic piece on a sidewall thereof.
