摘要： The invention relates to a recombinant protein used for immunoprophylaxis of human Helicobacter pylori infection and a degradable slow-releasing microsphere-encapsulated oral vaccine preparation prepared from the same, and the preparation method thereof. Said recombinant protein is composed of A2 subunit and B subunit of the LT of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli and urease B subunit. The vaccine provided in the invention used in human Helicobacter pylori infection is safe and effective and convenient for oral intake.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus and method for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack, which forms an oxidation layer uniformly over the entire surface of a long and complicated internal flow field of a manifold block. In particular, the apparatus for forming an oxidation layer on a manifold block for a fuel cell stack includes: an electrolyte bath which contains an electrolyte required for the formation of the oxidation layer, an electrode for supplying a required electron flow for the formation of the oxidation layer from a power supply to the manifold block immersed in the electrolyte of the electrolyte bath and to the electrolyte, and an air supply for supplying oxygen to the electrolyte. Even more particularly, the electrode connected to the electrolyte is inserted into each internal flow field of the manifold block to provide an effective electron flow therein.

摘要： A method and device for obtaining an X2 interface transmission address of a base station in an LTE system are provided. The method is implemented based on base stations, the base station, using a constructed independent message, obtains through an S1 interface a base station transmission address which is required for establishing an X2 interface connection, thus making the X2 interface connection established between the base stations. The method and device of the present invention can obtain in time transmission address information of a target base station which is to establish an X2 interface with the current base station, so that the X2 interface can be established between the base stations. This will help to implement information interaction between the base stations and embody the integrality of X2 interface attribute management in the automatic optimization of the relations between neighbor cells.

摘要： A multi-chip stack structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The method for fabricating a multi-chip stack structure includes disposing a first chip group comprising a plurality of first chips on a chip carrier by using a step-like manner, disposing a second chip on the first chip on top of the first chip group, electrically connecting the first chip group and the second chip to the chip carrier through bonding wires, using film over wire (FOW) to stack a third chip on the first and the second chips with an insulative film provided therebetween, wherein the insulative film covers part of the ends of the bonding wires of the first chip on the top of the first group and at least part of the second chip, and electrically connecting the third chip to the chip carrier through bonding wires, thereby preventing directly disposing on a first chip a second chip having a planar size far smaller than that of the first chip as in the prior art that increases height of the entire structure and increases the wiring bonding difficulty.

摘要： A semiconductor package and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed. The fabrication method includes the steps of providing a semiconductor chip having an active surface and a non-active surface opposing to the active surface, roughening a peripheral portion of the non-active surface so as to divide the non-active surface into the peripheral portion formed with a roughened structure and a non-roughened central portion, mounting the semiconductor chip on a chip carrier via a plurality of solder bumps formed on the active surface, forming an encapsulant on the chip carrier to encapsulate the semiconductor chip. The roughened structure formed on the peripheral portion of the non-active surface of the semiconductor chip can reinforce the bonding between the semiconductor chip and the encapsulant, and the non-roughened central portion of the non-active surface of the semiconductor chip can maintain the structural strength of the semiconductor chip.
