An adjustment diffusion member of the screen diffuses and transmits each light ray at an adjustment angle larger than the first angle in the first plane. The basic diffusion member and the adjustment diffusion member are stacked on each other such that a diffusion angle of each light ray by the screen in the first plane is adjusted to a target angle larger than the adjustment angle.

摘要： In order to solve a conventional problem that a translation model has to be updated each time a translation corpus is added, in a case of calculating a score of each phrase pair acquired from a j-th translation corpus (2≦j≦N) (added translation corpus), a score of each phrase pair corresponding to the j-th translation corpus is calculated using the one or more pieces of phrase appearance frequency information corresponding to a (j−1)-th translation corpus, the calculated score is used to generate a translation model, and the newly generated translation model is used in a state of being integrated to an original translation model. Accordingly, a translation model can be easily enhanced in a stepwise manner.

The impurity concentration inclined layer includes a Mg (or Be) concentration lower than the Ga2O3-based high-resistivity crystal layer. The Mg (or Be) concentration is inclined in a depth direction.
