The server reads pipeline system data and air compressor data measured from the pipeline system and determines if work status of an air compressor needs to be changed. A warning message is generated by the server and sent to an alarm computer in response to a determination that the work status of the air compressor needs to be changed. The server saves the pipeline system data and the air compressor data into a database system.

The identification unit comprises: a coincidence device configured to receive the first pulse signals and the second pulse signals from said first detector and said second detector; a multi-channel analyzer configured to receive the second pulse signals from the said second detector, the multi-channel analyzer counting said second pulses and generating the energy spectrum of the gamma rays according to the counted second pulses, when said first pulse signals and said second pulse signals are both valid; and a determination device configured to determine the type of the radioactive material emitting the gamma rays according to the generated energy spectrum and to determine whether a radiation exists or not according to said first pulse signals or said second pulse signals. The present invention also provides a method for detecting and identifying a radioactive material.

The heat pump device includes a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a throttling element, and a second heat exchanger which are connected through pipelines and form a first loop. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are both dual channel exchangers. The device for cooling one or more heat generating components forms a second loop with the second channel of the first heat exchanger, and forms a third loop with the second channel of the second heat exchanger. The in-cabin heat exchanger forms a fourth loop with the second channel of the second heat exchanger. Only one of the second, third, and fourth loops is not shut off at any given time.

A first indexer is located adjacent to the first rail and a second indexer is located adjacent to the second rail wherein each indexer is independently operative to transport a substrate along one rail while a substrate held on the other rail is being bonded. A container located at one end of the rails for holding multiple unbonded substrates is operative to feed unbonded substrates directly to the rails.
