摘要： The invention provides a system that implements an algorithm for integrated link adaptation and power control to achieve specified error rates and to improve an overall throughput for real-time applications in wireless packet networks. The system initially divides wireless terminals into groups according to their signal path gains. Afterwards, the system can periodically adapt transmissions (i.e., link adaptations) based on the required error rates, actual error statistics and average transmission power for each wireless terminal group. Furthermore, transmission power can be adjusted by an enhanced Kalman-filter method to ensure successful reception.

摘要： A slide electronic device includes a first body, a second body, and a slide mechanism. The slide mechanism includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member. One end of the first connecting member is pivotally connected to the first body, an opposite end is pivotally connected to the second body, one end of the second connecting member is pivotally connected to the first body, and an opposite end is pivotally connected to the second body. A distance between rotary axes of the two ends of the first connecting member exceeds that of the second connecting member. When the second body slides relative to the first body, the first connecting member and the second connecting member are rotated relative to the first body and the second body until an end of the second body resists the first body and the second body is angled.

Accordingly, the brightness uniformity of the applied OLED display is substantially improved.

Motion vectors in an image frame are obtained by motion estimation. A global motion vector of the image frame is obtained. Motion differences between the motion vectors of each block and the global motion vector are calculated. A depth-from-motions of each block is obtained based on the motion differences. 摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus and method for generating inverted organic solar cells and which required no electron selective layer, were fabricated and their power conversion efficiency was found to improve irreversibly with post-processing light soaking for a period. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterization further revealed segregation in surface composition at the interface and was found to explain the current density-voltage measurements. In addition, the light soaked devices were found to exhibit an extended lifetime as compared to conventional devices. Since no electron selective layer was required, light soaking may be considered as a cost-effective method to achieve efficient inverted organic solar cells.
