    • An electronic device includes an enclosure, and an operation device. The enclosure includes a first sidewall, and a second sidewall connected to a rear end of the first sidewall. A receiving recess is defined in the first sidewall and extends through the second sidewall, to receive a universal serial bus (USB) device. A USB port is installed in receiving recess away from the second sidewall, to be connected to the USB device. The operation device is pivotably connected to the receiving recess and includes two spaced arms to sandwich the USB device when the USB device is connected to the USB port. When the operation device is rotated in a predetermined direction, the arms move toward the second sidewall, to push the connected USB device to disengage from the USB port.

    • An adjusting system for a projector includes a reference point projection unit, an infrared apparatus, a micro controller unit (MCU), and a graphic processing unit (GPU). The reference point projection unit stores reference points. The reference points are projected on a screen to form projection points. The infrared apparatus includes infrared devices mounted on a front surface of a body of the projector. The infrared devices emit infrared signals to the screen and form light points on the screen. When a projection angle of the projector is 0 degrees, the light points overlap the projection points respectively. When the projection angle of the projector is a certain angle, the MCU controls the GPU to make adjustment corresponding to the infrared devices which receive the reflected infrared signals, until the projection points overlap the light points respectively.

    • An airflow speed detection device for measuring an airflow speed includes an airflow speed switch, and a connector. The airflow speed switch includes a detection head, and an elastic piece. The connector is electrically connected to the testing the airflow speed switch to connect an indicator to indicate close and open states of the airflow speed switch. If the airflow speed is not faster than a critical value, the elastic piece contacts the detection head to close the airflow speed switch. If the airflow speed is faster than the critical value, the elastic piece is blown away from the detection head to open the airflow speed switch.

    • A monitor system includes at least one network camera distributed in an area to be monitored, an access point device connected to the at least one network camera. The access point device includes ports, a central processing unit (CPU), and a storage device containing an information table. Each of the ports is connected to the CPU, and the CPU is connected to the storage device. The table records a serial number, a media access control (MAC) address, and an area monitored by each camera in the system, and records an Internet protocol (IP) pool previously assigned to each monitored area. After an IP request from one of the cameras, the CPU searches an associated IP pool in the table according to the MAC address, and randomly assigns an IP address from the IP pool to a corresponding network camera.

    • A fan detecting apparatus for detecting at least two fans includes a processing unit, at least two airflow switches, and at least two indicating units. The processing unit includes a first terminal configured to output a driving signal, a second terminal configured to receive the driving signal, and a third terminal, the processing unit alarming when the second terminal does not receive the driving signal from the first terminal. The at least two airflow switches are serially coupled between the first and second terminals, monitor airflow from at least two fans in a computer room, and turn on or off according to strength of airflow from the at least two fans. The indicating units are respectively coupled between corresponding airflow switches and the third terminal of the processing unit, and indicate status of corresponding fans according to on or off status of the airflow switches.

    • A liquid crystal display (LCD) includes a graphic processor, a number of sensors, an optical signal collecting unit, a property saving unit, a property comparing unit, and a property setting unit. The optical signal collecting unit receives optical analog signals generated by the number of sensors, and converts the received optical analog signals into optical digital signals. The property saving unit saves a number of predetermined display properties and a number of predetermined optical signal ranges. The property comparing unit receives the optical digital signals and compares the optical digital signals with the plurality of predetermined optical signal ranges, and correspondingly selects corresponding predetermined display properties. The property setting unit receives the selected display properties and outputs the selected display properties to the graphic processor to adjust display properties of the LCD.
