摘要： A reticular tubular structure formed by extruded filaments of synthetic plastic material extending in two oppositely tilted directions with respect to an axial direction of the tubular reticular structure. The filaments cross one another to form a tubular net of interconnected rhomboid meshes, vertices of the rhomboid meshes being formed by crossover points between two filaments fused together, while sides of the rhomboid meshes are formed by said filaments outside the crossover points. The tubular reticular structure is molecularly oriented in both longitudinal and transverse directions thereof, and is calendered so that the crossover points, at the vertices of the rhomboid meshes, and the filaments, at the sides thereof, have the same common thickness.

摘要： An extrusion die head for the extrusion of hollow or center-filled shapes as well as apparatus comprising the extrusion die head and methods employing the die head. The extrusion die head (10) is for the preparation of a plurality of center-filled products (34) of varying composition wherein each product comprises a first (filling) material and a second (outer) material. The die head comprises at least one tube (22) such that a first material may be extruded through the tube or tubes and a second material may be extruded around the tube or tubes. The location and the number of the tubes may be customized to vary the location and amount of the first material relative to the second material and thereby vary the composition of the center-filled product. The extrusion die head apparatus comprises a sleeve (40) enclosing the die head. In one embodiment a first material is conveyed from one or more first apertures (18) via one or more tubes (22) to one or more second apertures (20) where it is extruded. Simultaneously, a second material is supplied directly to the remaining second apertures (20) where it is extruded.

摘要： A thermoplastic laminate plank is described wherein the thermoplastic laminate plank comprises a core, a print layer, and optionally an overlay. The core comprises at least one thermoplastic material and has a top surface and bottom surface wherein a print layer is affixed to the top surface of the core and an overlay layer is affixed to the top surface of the print layer. Optionally, an underlay layer can be located and affixed between the bottom surface of the print layer and the top surface of the core. A method of making the thermoplastic laminate plank is further described which involves extruding at least one thermoplastic material into the shape of the core and affixing a laminate on the core, wherein the laminate comprises an overlay affixed to the top surface of the print layer and optionally an underlay layer affixed to the bottom surface of the print layer.

摘要： The present disclosure is related to a die suitable for extrusion of thermoplastic vulcanizate, in particular for co-extrusion of multiple materials comprising a thermoplastic vulcanizate. The die comprises a pool die plate, an orifice die plate, and a profile die plate. By utilizing the die according to the present disclosure in extrusion, the flow of extrudate can be well controlled and balanced due to the design of flow pool and through orifice, thereby an extruded article achieves good shape performance, for example, good surface smoothness, and an undesired effect like edge tear, warpage, die moustache, silver line in the extrusion can be avoided.

摘要： The invention provides apparatus for producing an extrudate product including a plurality of capillary channel. The apparatus comprises an extruder having an inlet, a die including an orifice having a predetermined outer shape and a plurality of needles each having a body including an internal conduit for fluid flow. Each needle further comprises an outlet from the internal conduit at an outlet end. The outlet end of each needle is arranged in a predetermined pattern substantially within the orifice of the die and the conduit of each needle is fluidly connected to a fluid source. In use extrudable material is fed into the extruder through the inlet. The extruder forces the extrudable material around the bodies of the needles towards the die and through the orifice in the die to produce an extrudate having substantially the predetermined outer shape. The needles allow fluid to be drawn from the fluid source through the conduit to be entrained in the extrudate product to form capillaries such that the extrudate product includes capillaries therealong in the predetermined pattern. Other aspects of the invention provide a method for producing an extrudate product including a plurality of capillary channels and an extrudate product having a plurality of capillary bores.

摘要： A hollow fiber membrane is made by covering a tubular supporting structure with a membrane dope and converting the membrane dope into a solid porous membrane wall. Optionally, a textile reinforcing structure in the form of a circular knit may be added around the supporting structure before it is covered in dope. The reinforcing structure thereby becomes embedded in the membrane wall. The supporting structure may be soluble in a non-solvent of the membrane wall, for example water, and may be removed from the membrane. Alternatively, the supporting structure may be porous. A porous supporting structure may be made by a non-woven textile process, a sintering process within an extrusion machine, or by extruding a polymer mixed with a second component. The second component may be a soluble solid or liquid, a super-critical gas, or a second polymer that does not react with the first polymer.

According to this invention, there is provided a die for extrusion-forming a honeycomb structure which can restrain fluctuation in extrusion-forming speed among its parts and resistance to pushing force, both caused at the time of extrusion-forming, to be very small and is superior in productivity and durability.
