摘要： A display panel includes a first panel region (FPR) including (n−1)-th and n-th pixel rows ((n−1)PR and nPR), and a second panel region (SPR) dividing the nPR to propagate an optical signal. The display panel includes a circuit element layer (CEL) and a display element layer (DEL). The CEL includes a signal line (SL), a pixel driving circuit (PDC), and first to third regions. The SL and the PDC are in the first region. The second region (SR) corresponds to the SPR. The SL and the PDC are not in the SR. The third region (TR) corresponds to the SPR and is along a periphery of the SR. The SL is in the TR, and includes an (n−1)-th scan line ((n−1)SL) connected to the (n−1)PR, an n-th reset line (nRL) connected to the nPR, and a first row connection line in the TR and connecting the (n−1)SL and the nRL.

摘要： An electronic device including a power supply circuit according to the disclosure may include: a battery; a display module including a display panel; a regulator; a power supply circuit configured to: based on an input voltage of the battery, provide a first voltage and a second voltage to the display module, and provide a third voltage to the regulator; and a switch control circuit configured to: control a switching operation of the power supply circuit, wherein the power supply circuit includes: a first power circuit and a second power circuit, wherein the first power circuit includes multiple switch elements, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, and a first inductor, and is configured to: for a first time interval, based on a drive signal of the switch control circuit, charge the first capacitor and the second capacitor, based on a current of the first inductor and discharge the third capacitor to provide a first output current to the display module, and for a second time interval, based on a drive signal of the switch control circuit, charge the third capacitor and discharge the first capacitor and the second capacitor to provide the first output current and a second output current to the display module, and wherein the second power circuit is configured to: convert a voltage level of the input voltage of the battery to provide a second voltage to the display module.

摘要： A display may have an array of organic light-emitting diode display pixels operating at a low refresh rate. Each display pixel may have six thin-film transistors and one capacitor. One of the six transistors may serve as the drive transistor and may be compensated using the remaining five transistors and the capacitor. One or more on-bias stress operations may be applied before threshold voltage sampling to mitigate first frame dimming. Multiple anode reset and on-bias stress operations may be inserted during vertical blanking periods to reduce flicker and maintain balance and may also be inserted between successive data refreshes to improve first frame performance. Two different emission signals controlling each pixel may be toggled together using a pulse width modulation scheme to help provide darker black levels.

摘要： An electronic device may include a display and an optical sensor formed underneath the display. The electronic device may include a plurality of transparent windows that overlap the optical sensor. The resolution of the display panel may be reduced in some areas due to the presence of the transparent windows. To prevent a visible border between the reduced resolution areas of the display and full resolution areas of the display, uniformity compensation circuitry may be used to compensate pixel data. The uniformity compensation circuitry may output compensated pixel data for the display using one or more compensation maps that include compensation factors associated with pixel locations. The uniformity compensation circuitry may also use region-specific gamma look-up tables to apply different gamma curves to pixels in different regions of the display. The uniformity compensation circuitry may also be used to form a transition region between different regions of the display.

The display driver drives the self-luminous elements once or more at a timing when the update display data from the host controller to the display driver is not updated.

Each of the plurality of buffer circuits includes an input stage and the input stage includes first transistors and second transistors. In a first driving mode, each of the plurality of buffer circuits turns off the first transistors and turns on the second transistors included in the input stage.
